Purchase a framed and signed vintage photograph by Nancy Wood of rural Colorado, New Mexico, or Taos Pueblo. These 32 prints were part of her 2010 show at Gerald Peters Gallery in Santa Fe, NM. They are the last signed vintage black-and-white prints available from Nancy’s 2013 estate.

These photographs appeared in her books Taos Pueblo (Alfred Knopf 1989), The Grass Roots People, (Harper & Row 1978), When Buffalo Free the Mountains (Doubleday, 1980), and Eye of the West (UNM Press 2007) which won the 2008 Western Heritage Award for Outstanding Photography Book from the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. The University of New Mexico Center for Southwestern Research acquired Wood’s photographic archive in 2013. Other prints are in the permanent collections of the History Colorado Museum, the CU Art Museum, and New Mexico History Museum in Santa Fe, NM.
